What I bring

Three muscles a marketing leader needs, built and proven in one year.

Portfolio strategy

Twelve-plus brands planned as one funnel. Each quarter sets a brand's stage, offer and channel mix so content, webinars and paid work toward the same pipeline.

Technical fluency

Marketo, Salesforce, GA4 and Asana, wired together. I build the dashboards, attribution and automations myself, then teach the team to use them.

Team leadership

I build the foundation of every campaign, then hand ownership to the marketer who runs it, with coaching on craft, data and AI along the way.

What I built

Case studies

How the work actually got done

01 · Strategy

One lead magnet program. Ten brands. One launch date.

The problem. Ten products, ten audiences and a thin content library. Every brand reinvented its lead capture, and nothing launched on the same clock.

What I did. I wrote a full lead magnet library matched to each funnel stage: eBooks, blogs and industry best practices to educate; interactive scoring guides, checklists and problem-solution tools to diagnose; and ROI calculators, self-paced product webinars and product sheets to prove value. Then I built the production system behind it: an 8-phase workflow with approval gates, Marketo build-out, sales follow-up sequences and 30/60/90-day measurement.

The result. A 210-task production system with all ten brands lined up for one May 15 go-live, with the foundation finished ahead of my 100-day plan.

02 · Technical fluency

Finding the attribution leak, then building the dashboards that keep it closed.

The problem. Campaigns were losing credit for the leads they produced. Web-form rules overwrote campaign UTMs, so email and paid touches showed up as generic form fills.

What I did. I built a Campaign Intelligence Dashboard that ties every MQL to its program and flags overwritten sources, and an MQL Pipeline Watch that follows each lead to close. I set follow-up service levels with Sales and framed the reporting as shared accountability.

The result. Brand owners slice the funnel by brand, source, channel and owner in one click, and Sales and Marketing work from the same numbers.

03 · Leadership

From top executor to the system the team runs on.

The problem. I was carrying too much of the execution myself. My own review said so: delegate more, think more strategically.

What I did. I moved the team to brand-based ownership. For each campaign I build the foundation (concept, audiences, ICPs, personas, hooks and the webinar) and hand a complete package to its owner. I taught the team Marketo reporting and list hygiene, automated our Asana template so assignments land on day one, and lead AI adoption with one-on-one coaching.

The result. Campaign delivery grew from 3–4 to 13–15 campaigns per quarter, and email open rates rose from 13% to 28% through coaching, Marketo segmentation, contact-data cleanup and A/B testing. That freed me to launch new campaign types (content campaigns with resource hubs, plus targeted reheat and rerun campaigns), roll out our lead magnet strategy on the web, and build stronger analytics on landing pages, email and social.

Webinars

Webinars that keep paying

I write, design and host webinars, then reuse them as evergreen assets. Webinar MQLs grew 8x, and two webinars I wrote now run through Multifamily Dive promotions, both beating forecast in record time.

Data tooling

A full day of list building, now under 2 minutes

Co-built a data tool that pulls 2,000+ industry contacts in under two minutes, then dedupes against our database to find net-new prospects.

Product launch

Launching an AI CRM to multifamily operators

Messaging refresh, sales battlecard and a two-stage LinkedIn funnel with A/B creative and early budget shifts toward the winner.

Content engine

96 content assets in a single quarter

eBooks, blogs, webinars, checklists, scoring guides, interactive ROI calculators and landing pages, all built in Q1 2026 to feed full-funnel nurture, with every statistic sourced.

Conversion

Landing page standards that convert

With marketing ops, I standardized above-the-fold CTAs and form language and added GA4 tracking. Demo and pricing requests grew from 117 to 305 opportunities.

AI-assisted QA

Review agents every teammate can run

A UTM builder and auditor plus email and social reviewers that catch broken links, naming errors, truncated LinkedIn copy and mobile issues before launch.

Tech stack

The stack I build in

About

Strategist. Builder. Coach.

I'm Adam Pierce, Marketing Manager II, Lead & Demand Generation at Inhabit Residential Solutions. I translate complex B2B products into campaigns people actually respond to, then build the systems and team habits that keep them performing.

I'm as comfortable writing and hosting a webinar or designing the artwork as I am rebuilding attribution in Marketo and Salesforce. Most days, I'm doing some of each.

How I lead

01

Plan the portfolio, not the post.

Every brand gets a stage, an offer and a channel mix each quarter, so effort compounds instead of competing.

02

Measure before I scale.

Attribution, service levels and dashboards come first, so budget follows what actually works.

03

Build it so others can run it.

Templates, automations and handoff packages let teammates own their brands while quality stays high.
